Apply What you'll do
- Ensure all eligible claims are escalated for deduction or billing to the appropriate parties.
- Verify claim allocation data to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Perform claim data reconciliation in accordance with the established SLA to maintain accuracy and ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure all processed claims are accurately documented and free from discrepancies.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience with same role.
- Preferably to have experience in logistics and or e-commerce companies/startups is highly preferred but not required
- Strong proficiency in Ms. Excel/Google Sheet skills
- Creative problem solver with good interpersonal skills
- Highly numerate with solid analytical skills
- Self-starter that is highly capable to work independently
