What you'll do

• Risk framework development and socialization
• Prepare risk report to OJK
• Prepare Risk committee report
• Reviewing Product development process
• Create Risk template monitoring dashboard for business performance
• Working a long with relevant stakeholders to embed the risk management process in every aspect
• Solvency monitoring analysis and capital management
• ALM and stress test development and monitoring
• Investment compliance monitoring
• Establish and improve risk culture in the company
• Implement anti-fraud strategy in the company

Requirements

• 6+ years in the Risk department in life insurance industries
• English written and verbal
• Self-starter and pro-active
• Expert in excel modelling
• Programming capability is a plus point
• Held QCRO certification
• Understand both operational and financial risk in life insurance industry
• Actuarial knowledge will be a plus point
• Held CAFP certification
