Product Manager, Investment Products - Monee

What you'll do

• As the product manager, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end development of innovative digital investment solutions. You will play a pivotal role in conducting competitive research, shaping product strategy, gathering business requirements, coordinating system implementation, and driving continuous improvement post-launch.
• Work efficiently with stakeholders from business, compliance, designer, and technology to manage the project and ensure high-quality implementation
• Conduct market and business scenario research to identify opportunities for product innovation and enhancement.
• Translate business objectives into detailed product requirement documents (PRDs), including front-end user flow, backend system integration, and architecture design, etc.
• Develop monitoring and reporting processes to track product performance and drive continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in product management, ideally within fintech, trading, or investment platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in backend system integration and design.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Self-driven and adaptable, comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
