About the team

Regional Content & Creator Experience acts as the bridge between product and business teams across the region. Our mission is to drive platform growth by improving the overall experience for creators and enhancing content performance. We work to ensure that product solutions are aligned with business goals and meet the needs of creators in each market.

 

What you'll do

• Understand Local Markets: Stay connected with local teams to track market-specific behaviors, workflows, challenges, and performance through regular check-ins, immersions, and discussions.
• Solve Business Problems: Act as a strategic partner to local teams, recommending product solutions that help them meet their goals.
• Prioritize for Impact: Rank product needs based on potential value to the platform and align with overall business priorities..
• Be a Product Expert: Develop a deep understanding of existing and upcoming product features, and gather insights and best practices from different markets.
• Support Feature Rollouts: Share clear updates on new features, including user guides and marketing materials, to ensure smooth adoption.
• Manage Feature Requests: Collect and evaluate product requests from regional teams. Assess their impact, feasibility, and alignment with business goals.
• Sign Off on Solutions: Collaborate with Product Managers to review proposed solutions, ensuring they solve the intended problems and are efficient to implement.

 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from reputable university
• 3-4 years of work experience in product management, consulting or similar fields
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex issues across teams
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach
• Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-changing environment
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken 
• Understanding of affiliate business & content ecosystems in livestreaming or short-form video is a plus
