Project Management Specialist - Insurance (Open to Fresh Graduates)

What you'll do

• Manage new and existing insurance products, including reporting, coordination, and support in regulatory matters
• Optimise product portfolio by analysing business metrics, recommending improvements area to drive profitability and continuous business growth
• Develop product insights based on primary research for key commercial, market and service programs
• Manage the project timelines in across functional structure to ensure timely and consistent delivery of the overall business objectives
• Drive business alignment and manage cross functional stakeholders such as Marketing, Product, Legal, Ops, Finance, Compliance, etc.
• Develop proposals and negotiate contracts with potential partners to ensure that all parties’ needs are met
• Undertake ad hoc / additional planning and budgeting activities where required

Requirements

• Previous experience in insurance related field highly preferred - touching on marketing, operations, product design and commercials
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with strong logical thinking and quantitative analysis ability
• Proactive, open to learn, strong builder and intrapreneurial mindset, ready to get hands dirty
• Strong stakeholder management and enjoy managing multiple projects (multitasker)
• Agile, comfortable working in a dynamic environment
• A willingness to get involved in the business to understand the story behind the numbers
• A fast learner who is meticulous and detail-mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
