Recruitment project Data Analyst (SPX Express)

What you'll do

• Dashboard Management: Maintain and enhance performance dashboards to provide accurate and actionable insights into workforce fulfillment metrics.
• Database Maintenance: Manage and improve databases to ensure data integrity, accessibility, and scalability for analysis and reporting.
• Data Analysis: Analyze workforce data to identify trends, optimize processes, and support decision-making for operational improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data analytics, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year in data analysis, operations, or workforce planning, ideally in logistics or e-commerce sectors.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and advanced Excel for dashboard and database management.
• Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Prior experience in maintaining and optimizing large-scale databases, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.
• Clear and effective reporting of findings to stakeholders and ability to collaborate across teams
