Seller Management - SPX Express

Apply What you'll do
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key sellers, ensuring their needs are met, and any issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain strong parcel compliance towards operational requirements, identifying potential problems with sellers in advance through data
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including pickup escalations, campaign coordination, SOP planning and growth initiatives
- Act as the main bridge between sellers and the operations team, ensuring effective coordination
- Manage complex relationships between multiple stakeholders, including sellers, operations, marketplace platform etc.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure continuous improvement on seller experience, performance & operational processes
- Ideate incentives and penalties to drive required behaviours from both sellers and operations stakeholders, and implement them throughout the operations flow
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in the related field
- Knowledge of Business Development and Key Account Management is a must, able to understand seller processes
- Excellent people management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong in Malay, English and Mandarin is a must
- Ability to work independently and is comfortable with ambiguity
- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
