SCommerce, Warehouse Operations - Warehouse Inbound OIC (Davao City)

What you'll do

• Oversee the inbound process and team members to ensure all Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and targets are achieved
• Manage the schedule and attendance of all employees under your department
• Ensure the division is staffed with skilled manpower that are capable in their current positions while being prepared and developed for the challenges of the future
• Continuously improve on SOPs to drive efficiency and productivity for end-to-end inbound process
• Ensure all deliveries are received, checked, processed and endorsed to the next process within agreed timelines  
• Notify appropriate departments when there is non-conformance or shortage/overages are found  
• Ensure all transfers are processed immediately upon arrival into the warehouse  
• Provide reports to Warehouse Lead for internal performance reporting  

Requirements

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
• Preferably has 1-3 years of experience in E-commerce, Logistics and Warehousing
• Strong sense of ownership and operational discipline
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Has supervisory experience, both for direct and agency employees
• Keen with details and has a background in process improvement
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Applications
• Can read, understand and report data
• Knowledgeable on Warehouse Management System
• Amenable to be assigned in Davao
