Air and Sea Supervisor - SPX Express

What you'll do

• Responsible for managing the Air and Sea third-party logistics (3PL) partner relationships including the onboarding process and ongoing account management
• Responsible for managing relationships with 3PL after acquisition including supporting the onboarding and incubation process for these Air and Sea 3PLs
• Provide insights to stakeholders regarding vendor performance development strategy
• Provide insights from 3PLs perspective, including understanding products, market, and competitor dynamics
• Daily meeting (Hypercare) with vendors to monitor Journey of Air and Sea Freight
• Monthly meeting with vendor Air and Sea to review the performance of vendor
• Coordinating with vendor management, control tower, and middle mile operation from all regions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Industry Engineering / Logistic/ Supply Chain or any related field - Proposed
• At least 2-3 years experience in Express / Logistics company/ Supply Chain Management as Business Intelligence / Performance Management / Control Tower/ Vendor Management
• Hard Skills: Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc), SQL, Python, Visual Basic, Power BI is a plus
• Good data analytical skills and problem-solving
• Understand end-to-end operation transport delivery
• Comfortable working with large data sets and numbers
