The Business Development team at Shopee plays a pivotal role in driving the platform’s ambition to become the number shopping destination for all. Focused on expanding Shopee's presence in each industry sector, our team works strategically to enhance both buying and selling experiences, fostering key partnerships with top global and local brands. With a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making, market insights, and trend analysis, we are dedicated to identifying new opportunities and crafting innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of our customers. As part of this high-performing team, you will contribute to shaping Shopee’s leadership in the competitive e-commerce space.

What you'll do

• Build and nurture strong relationships with key livestream sellers, providing tailored support to enhance livestream performance and growth on Shopee
• Collaborate with local and international celebrities/KOLs to create engaging and high-impact livestream campaigns for key sellers
• Assist in the development of business strategies by using data and statistical analysis to identify and grow high-potential sellers
• Lead in-team projects to set up improvement processes and execute new initiatives
• Contribute to the integration of Shopee Video with Shopee Live to enhance user experience

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in any related discipline
• Entrepreneurial spirit, passionate about helping businesses to grow
• Organised and works well in a dynamic environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills, enjoys interacting and forming relationships with partners
• Analytical and comfortable working with data; Microsoft Excel and SQL skills will be advantageous
