Role and Responsibilities

Job Summary 

We're looking for a seasoned Retail Operations Leader to drive growth and excellence across our Samsung branded retail business, a nine digit revenue operation spanning 100+ points of sale.

Position is based in Panama City.

Areas of Responsibilities in this role, you will be responsible for:

- Lead retail operations strategy and execution across an omnichannel network
- Own KPI performance: Sales, conversion, NPS, flooring achievement, and secondary indicators
- Manage distributed teams while providing hands-on strategic support
- Negotiate and build strategic partnerships with store owners, franchisees, and commercial stakeholders
- Develop and execute collaborative campaigns with complementary brands and financial partners
- Drive data-informed decision making across complex retail environments
- Translate operational insights into competitive advantage and business growth
- Analyze POS performance and navigate on a multi-division company to improve business results.

Requirements

• 10+ years in retail operations, retail management, or commercial leadership roles
• Experience managing $100M+ retail businesses
• Deep expertise in omnichannel retail (physical stores + ecommerce)
• Advanced retail analytics and KPI management capabilities
• Strong commercial negotiation skills with proven partnership-building track record
• Track record of working cross-functionally with C-level stakeholders and external partners
• Leadership experience managing geographically distributed teams
• Strategic thinker with execution excellence and hands-on capabilities
• Advanced English
• AI Platforms user.
• Travel capability 30-50% time on initial stages.
