About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
The mission of the Agentic Transformation team within the Solutions and Builder Center of Excellence (CoE) is to redesign day-in-the-life SE & Builder workflows with supporting agentic harnesses and best in class experiences to help them deliver their best work and drive customer outcomes.
Role Description
We are looking for a Lead Technical Product Owner to lead our in house agentic harness development for SEs and builders. This could include working on our agentic platform and marketplaces, agentic tooling, agentic assets such as skills, agents, and MCPs, or creating new experiences and surfaces. In this high-impact individual contributor role, you will act as the Product Owner helping to represent the needs of SEs and Builders in the field, helping them spend less time creating assets in the back office and more time having impact in the customer's office.
You will go beyond managing a backlog; you will own high-impact, multi-month initiatives that span our entire portfolio. You will serve as the connectivity hub for the entire organization, bridging the gap between our Central Core technology, our agentic portfolio and the needs in the field.
Crucially, you will work heavily with our Strategy, Research, Engineering and Operations teams to evaluate our agentic harness (AI tools, skills, agents) needs. You will serve as the primary technical voice in assessing which agentic harness (AI tools, skills, agents) and infrastructure investments are required to support our long-term roadmap, ensuring our environments remain cutting-edge and scalable.
If you are passionate about driving innovation, fostering collaboration, translating business needs into product roadmaps, and shaping the future of Solution Engineers & Builders, we invite you to join the Agentic Transformation Team within our Center of Excellence.
