About the Team
The APAC Talent Acquisition team at Resmed partners closely with Product, Engineering and Technology leaders to attract and engage world-class talent that drives innovation at scale. As part of a forward-thinking, data-driven TA organization, this role will play a critical part in building proactive talent pipelines for high-impact roles and leadership positions across APAC. The team embraces modern recruiting practices, technology, and AI-enabled sourcing approaches to improve hiring outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities
Own and drive end-to-end strategic talent sourcing for Product & Technology roles across APAC, with a strong focus on proactive pipeline creation.
Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for frequently hired and business-critical roles to significantly reduce time to fill.
Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and senior leaders to anticipate hiring needs and align sourcing strategies with business goals.
Conduct deep market mapping, talent insights, and competitive intelligence to inform hiring strategies and support workforce planning.
Leverage AI-based sourcing and recruiting tools to improve efficiency, scalability, and candidate engagement across sourcing activities.
Apply data-driven recruiting principles, including pipeline analytics, funnel metrics, and sourcing effectiveness reporting.
Manage sourcing for leadership-level roles, including discreet searches, targeted outreach, and stakeholder advisory.
Design and execute advanced Boolean search strategies across LinkedIn, ATS, GitHub, niche platforms, and emerging talent communities.
Create compelling talent outreach and employer branding narratives tailored to technical and leadership candidates.
Manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment while maintaining high quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
Present talent insights, pipeline health, and market trends clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders.
Required Skills
Proven experience (8+ years) in talent sourcing or recruiting within high-tech, product-driven organizations (SaaS, product engineering, data, AI, cloud, etc.).
Strong background supporting Product, Engineering, Data, and Technology hiring.
Demonstrated success in building proactive talent pipelines and reducing time to fill.
Advanced expertise in Boolean search logic and sourcing methodologies.
Strong data literacy, with the ability to analyse hiring metrics and translate insights into action.
Working knowledge of AI tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Claude for sourcing, research, messaging, or workflow optimization.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional, senior stakeholders.
Desired Skills
Experience designing or building AI-based sourcing tools, automations, or agents
Exposure to advanced talent intelligence platforms and market analytics tools.
