As the Senior Head of Growth Marketing for Motors (Consumer / C2C), you will be responsible for driving demand & supply commercial growth across Poland, Portugal and Romania, with Poland as the largest market in terms of revenue, marketing budget and operational scale.
This role goes beyond marketing strategy & the primary objective is driving & attributing demand (audience) and supply (listings) growth across platforms.This requires a proven track record to demonstrate commercial business impact.
An AI first approach will be required in all aspects of the role & leading teams to innovate in this space across efficiencies, creative & effectiveness.
You will be accountable for delivering marketing effectiveness (Business impact) across the full funnel from growing audience demand to aggressively growing supply by understanding the full funnel conversion & constantly optimizing campaigns, product & measurement frameworks to show ROI acquisition, engagement, retention of sellers and buyers in the C2C automotive marketplace.
You will streamline workflows & campaigns with local marketing teams, central functions (SEO, CRM, Performance, Product, PR) and external agencies to ensure marketing efforts are fully aligned to business goals and measured against clear, robust frameworks.
This role requires a leader who combines a proven track record of driving commercial business impact across both demand & supply, strong product marketing expertise, value propositions, deep understanding of marketplaces/e-commerce, advanced measurement & analytics experience and the ability to manage and inspire teams across multiple countries.

Establish and promote a common measurement approach across markets, building analytics frameworks, MMM, brandtracking, NPS and OKRs to clearly attribute marketing impact to business results.
Drive measurable business impact through through-the-line campaigns that connect brand, media, performance and CRM activities.
Grow content & social media audience & engagement metrics across all platforms
Align & lead efforts of the central team of SEO, CRM, Performance, Social Media, PR and events teams to ensure unified execution towards common commercial goals
Lead marketing initiatives that put marketing as the voice of the customer through face to face engagement, NPS, research, focus groups and more to deeply understand customers
Conduct competitor analysis & provide tactical insights to grow market share & increase competitor gaps
Create effective product marketing campaigns and work with the go to market teams to ensure seamless execution of new products to drive business impact & deliver on OKR’s
Manage relationships with external agencies and oversee media strategy and planning across markets.
Drive creative brand marketing campaigns & support media strategies that deliver measurable business impact across digital & offline channels
Partner closely with Product and other business stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with product development and commercial priorities
Detailed reporting on impact and insights to senior stakeholders, translating complex data into clear business narratives.
8–10+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in consumer growth marketing including demand & supply as we all ROI
Experience in marketplaces, classifieds, e-commerce or large digital consumer brands.
Proven experience managing marketing across multiple countries or markets.
Excellent analytics and reporting capability to show measurable marketing investment ROI and commercial impact Strong understanding of MMM, brand models, brand equity studies, NPS and OKRs.
Demonstrated ability to show clear business impact from marketing activities.
Product marketing expertise
Solid understanding of SEO, CRM, Performance marketing and Social Media, and the ability to collaborate effectively with specialist teams.
Experience managing agencies and defining media strategy.
Proven leadership experience in building, mentoring and managing high-performing teams.
Excellent communication in English and the ability to create a clear narrative from complex inputs.
Comfort working in matrix and fast-changing environments with a high level of ambiguity.
