We’re hiring a Staff Engineer, Customer Trust to architect, automate, and scale a technically rigorous customer trust and external assurance program across Nscale’s global AI infrastructure.
This is a hands-on senior individual contributor role at the intersection of security, engineering, customer assurance, and external audit defense. You will own the systems, processes, and technical content that enable Nscale to respond to customer assurance requests with accuracy, consistency, and speed, while partnering closely with engineering, infrastructure, security, compliance engineering, and GRC program owners.
You’ll engage directly with enterprise customer security teams during reviews and due diligence, lead external audit engagement for certification programs, and help ensure external-facing claims are technically precise and defensible. This role is critical to strengthening how Nscale communicates its security posture, scales trust operations, and supports growing customer and audit demand.
