We’re looking for you to join our team as a Principal Contract Administrator based out of Linthicum, MD. This is an onsite position that offers the 9/80 work schedule.
What You’ll Get to Do
This requisition represents roles within our Mission Systems Sector Contracts organization. The Principal Contract Administrator (CA) will have significant visibility within key programs including support of Division, Sector, and Corporate level submittals & reviews. The CA will be directly involved in negotiations with customers as a strategic team member. Opportunities exist within the Multidomain Sensing, Targeting and Survivability (MSTS) Division and will support the Land & Maritime Sensors (LMS) Business Unit within the Long Range Air Defense & Domestic Systems (LRAD & DS) Organizational Unit.

They must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and strong organizational and customer service skills. Primary Level Salary Range: $89,900.00 - $124,900.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
