Key Responsibilities
Project & Operational Support
Assist with assigned projects, tasks, or initiatives within the sponsoring department
Perform analytical, technical, administrative, or operational work aligned to academic discipline

Qualifications
Education & Eligibility
Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
Pursuing a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, HR, Marketing, Manufacturing, or related discipline)
Eligibility for cooperative education participation through academic institution
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong interest in gaining practical work experience
Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions
Basic analytical, technical, or administrative skills appropriate to field of study
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Assignment Details
Assignment length and schedule vary by department and academic program

Additional Job Details
Perform inspections and tear-down analysis of compressor components and assemblies
Use measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify dimensional compliance
Support functional testing of compressors, motors, and condensing units (e.g., pressure, leakage, performance checks)
Identify and document defects or non-conformities in rejected parts
Work directly with quality team to analyze quality issues
Assist in root cause analysis (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone) for identified defects
Participate in rework and sorting activities, ensuring proper implementation
