Logistics Analyst

Location: Hyderabad, India
Assignment: 6-month temporary contract
Function: Supply Chain Operations

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Operations Analyst to support our Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) Portal and related supply chain operations.

The primary responsibility of this role will be to review manually submitted shipment information, validate it for completeness and accuracy, and enter ASNs into the portal on behalf of suppliers. The analyst will also support exception management, data quality, supplier adoption, and basic operational reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Process approximately 130 manual ASNs per week initially, with volume expected to decrease as supplier adoption increases.
• Review ASN and shipment information for completeness and accuracy.
• Enter ASNs into the portal and maintain accurate processing records.
• Identify and resolve missing or incorrect shipment information with internal teams or supplier contacts.
• Track recurring ASN issues and support efforts to improve supplier portal adoption.
• Assist with ASN-related reporting, data quality, and other supply chain operational activities as needed.
• Escalate system, supplier, or process issues to the appropriate stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree + 0 years’ experience, or High School diploma + 3 years’ experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive, high-volume transactional work accurately.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and web-based business applications.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, order management, procurement operations, or a similar environment preferred.
• Experience with purchase orders, logistics documentation, shipment tracking.
• Experience with ERP, transportation, procurement, or supplier-management systems.
