What you'll do:
As an E-banking Implementation Administrator, you will be entrusted with supporting the Transaction Banking team in delivering distinguished service on advanced E-banking systems.
• Respond promptly and thoughtfully to daily client enquiries regarding E-banking systems and cash products, ensuring all matters are addressed with meticulous care.
• Deliver consistently high-caliber service to both external clients and internal stakeholders by maintaining open channels of communication and offering reliable assistance.
• Troubleshoot client issues related to E-banking systems, providing empathetic guidance and practical resolutions to challenges encountered.
• Conduct informative training sessions for clients on the Bank’s E-banking system, offering hands-on support throughout the instructional process.
• Collaborate closely with Operations teams to ensure transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with established timelines.
• Work in concert with Relationship Managers to discern client requirements, furnishing support that advances business promotion efforts.
• Cultivate enduring relationships with clients by proactively identifying their needs, enhancing product utilisation, and sharing pertinent solutions.
• Review and update E-banking and Cash Management product materials regularly to ensure content remains aligned with internal standards and external regulations.
• Prepare comprehensive training materials for both internal staff and external clients, guiding them through the effective use of the Bank’s E-banking system.
• Perform registration services for clients, including managing alteration notices and preparing applications as necessary.
• Coordinate client onboarding and implementation projects for E-banking and Cash Management solutions, liaising with Relationship Managers, Operations and Product teams to ensure successful delivery and client adoption.
What you bring:
To excel as an E-banking Implementation Administrator, you bring demonstrable experience supporting digital banking platforms or analogous environments.
• At least one year of relevant experience is preferred.
• A thorough understanding of relevant systems and procedures enables you to provide dependable support across all facets of E-banking implementation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of banking products and services ensures you can address client needs effectively whilst adhering to organisational protocols.
• Excellent interpersonal skills allow you to communicate clearly with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in Japanese is preferred due to frequent interactions with Japanese clients.
• Proficiency in English is essential for engaging with international clients and preparing documentation.
