Director, Services Business Development, Security and Fraud Solutions
Overview
The Services Business Development team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing the cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include payments-focused consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, security solutions, and data-driven information and risk management services. Client verticals include Financial Institutions, Retail & Commerce and Digital Partners, Governments, and many others.
The Identity and Security Specialist Sales position is a critical role responsible for driving the growth of Mastercard’s Security and Identity Solutions. This includes building strong partnerships with both existing and new customers, achieving revenue targets, and supporting regional expansion.
The role reports to the Vice President, Divisional Identity and Security Specialist Sales, Eastern Europe Lead.
The Role
• Accountable for market revenue across products and services, including fraud and risk prevention, dispute/chargeback optimization, digital identity, and cybersecurity.
• Responsible for building, developing, and converting the sales pipeline into closed revenue.
• Drive product penetration within managed accounts (both financial institutions and non-FI customers), as well as acquire net-new logo customers.
• Responsible for selling associated advisory, data insights, and program management services alongside security and identity solutions to enhance customers’ operational performance.
• Understand customer needs and develop bundled solutions tailored to market requirements.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver a unified value proposition to both existing and prospective clients.
• Partner with B2B marketing teams to execute market-specific demand generation initiatives across managed and unmanaged accounts.
• Act as a domain expert in security solutions (fraud, risk, dispute/chargeback, digital identity, and cybersecurity) within the market and division, particularly in customer engagements.
All About You
• Proven track record in consultative B2B sales of security solution technologies to financial institutions and non-FI customers, leveraging data and advisory capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of digital payments, including issuing and acquiring, as well as payment risk management and enterprise risk management.
• Established network of target buyers and key decision-makers.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a cross-functional, matrixed organization.
• Recognized thought leader on the future of ecosystem security.
• Professional fluency in Turkish and English is required to effectively engage with regional clients and stakeholders.
