Senior Implementation Lead, Regulatory Transaction Reporting | 12 month contract

Our team delivers a Group-wide regulatory transaction reporting transformation program that support accurate and compliant transaction reporting across the organisation. We focus on strengthening processes, controls and systems to meet regulatory expectations and enable sustainable operations.

What role will you play?

In this role you will support the delivery of a major transaction reporting remediation and improvement programme and help implement a new reporting framework. You will work closely with business, risk, operations and technology teams to improve processes, close gaps and ensure reporting meets regulatory standards. You will operate independently in a hands-on capacity, driving practical outcomes across a complex environment.

What you offer

• 15+ years’ of experience in regulatory reporting, including transaction reporting such as over-the-counter derivatives reporting
• Strong technical understanding of Markets business operations including trade lifecycle processes, reporting systems and data flows, risk and controls
• Proven ability to deliver hands-on outcomes in regulatory remediation or transformation programmes with strong organisational skills
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into clear, practical solutions and improvements
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working across business, technology and control teams in complex environments.
