We are currently looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. For our health division, you will build and scale the entire Growth Marketing function from the ground up. You will develop the commercial growth engine, establish scalable processes, tools, reporting structures, and channel strategies, and drive customer acquisition across DTC, marketplace, and B2B channels.
This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution and requires a builder mindset, entrepreneurial thinking, and the ability to create structure and momentum in an environment where processes and playbooks are still being defined.
What you will do
Build and scale the Growth Marketing function from the ground up, establishing processes, tools, reporting frameworks, and ways of working.
Own the customer acquisition strategy across DTC, marketplace, and B2B channels, driving sustainable and profitable growth.
Lead all paid media activities, including strategy, budget management, campaign execution, optimization, and performance reporting across key digital channels.
Develop and optimize the full customer journey, leveraging audience segmentation, conversion rate optimization, and customer lifecycle insights.
Create a robust analytics and measurement framework, including KPI tracking, attribution models, dashboards, and experimentation programs to support data-driven decision-making.
What you should bring
Proven experience in high-growth startups, scale-ups, or fast-paced e-commerce environments; experience in FemTech, DTC health, wellness, consumer healthcare, or other regulated consumer categories is a strong plus.
Demonstrated success building and scaling growth marketing functions, acquisition funnels, processes, and performance engines from the ground up.
Deep expertise in growth marketing, paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, analytics, and data-driven optimization.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset, able to turn insights into action and execute effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to build scalable measurement frameworks, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and drive results through experimentation and ownership.
