KPMG is currently seeking a SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Consultant to join our Finance and Accounting organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation cycles of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud for Professional Services
- Participate in Fit-to-Standard workshops to align business requirements with standard SAP Best Practices; good understanding & hand-on experience of core business processes, including Customer Project Management, Finance, Time and Expense Management and Project Billing; collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to map data and integrate S/4HANA with other internal or external applications
- Manage data migration activities, coordinate comprehensive system testing (unit, integration and User Acceptance Testing), and oversee go-live cutover preparations including data migration Provide Level 2/Level 3 post-go-live support, proactively troubleshooting and resolving system incidents, defects and user queries
- Manage quarterly SAP Public Cloud upgrade cycles by analyzing release notes, testing new features and assessing impacts on existing configurations; monitor system health, coordinate with SAP support (incident management) for operations, critical escalations, and manage resolution timelines
- Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), business requirement documents, functional specifications, test documents, etc
- Conduct continuous training for end-users and key stakeholders on system capabilities, driving user adoption and adherence to standard best practices
- Act with integrity, professionalism and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum ten years of recent SAP experience, with at least 1-2 full lifecycle implementations or support of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline
- Deep functional understanding of the Professional Services industry, covering processes like Lead-to-Cash for projects, Event-Based Revenue Recognition, MultiBank Connectivity, etc
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and client-facing capabilities to bridge the gap between business and IT
- SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Public Edition) - Professional Services is preferred
