Job summary:
As a Portfolio Management Program Analyst in the US Equities team, you will help drive day-to-day portfolio activities while building deep knowledge of the team’s investment engine, including its philosophy, process, research inputs, and the practical mechanics required to manage institutional-scale portfolios. In this role, you will operate as a trusted partner to Portfolio Managers—owning core analytics, monitoring, and execution support that helps keep portfolios aligned with intent, constraints, and evolving market conditions.
Job responsibilities:
Portfolio Management
- Partner closely with senior US Equity investors to support the ongoing management of large mandates across a range of strategies and client objectives. You will help ensure portfolios remain aligned with investment intent, risk parameters, and implementation requirements.
- Build expertise in the team’s investment engine by developing a strong understanding of the end-to-end investment process, including portfolio construction, risk management, and performance attribution.
Portfolio Implementation
- Support Portfolio Managers with portfolio implementation activities, including assisting with order workflows and contributing to portfolio and market monitoring. You will help ensure implementation is accurate, timely, and consistent with portfolio guidelines and investment objectives.
- Assist with new client onboarding and portfolio transitions by reviewing account guidelines, restrictions, and required constraints. You will contribute to transaction and tax-cost analysis and support investment performance reviews to ensure portfolios are implemented thoughtfully and efficiently.
Portfolio Analysis
- Continuously monitor portfolio positioning, exposures, and key trends, incorporating relevant market developments and news to inform the team’s decision-making. You will help connect market activity to portfolio implications in a clear, actionable way.
- Deliver rigorous, insight-driven analysis to Portfolio Managers, helping to inform investment decisions and portfolio strategy. This includes identifying what is changing, why it matters, and what actions may be required.
- Proactively identify risks, gaps, and process improvement opportunities—especially in response to evolving markets, new information, or observed operational friction. You will recommend practical enhancements to strengthen decision-making, controls, and repeatability.

Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities:
- Familiarity with financial databases and tools (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet, and similar platforms) and comfort working with market and portfolio data.
