Analyst - EMEA Private Bank - Deposit Sales

As an Analyst within the EMEA Private Bank Deposits & Custody Solutions team, you support day-to-day deposit sales execution, controls, and reporting across a dynamic stakeholder set. You partner with Deposit Sales Managers and Product stakeholders to deliver deposit and cash management solutions that meet client needs and governance standards. You drive process improvement and automation to strengthen scalability, data quality, and operational risk management.
Job Responsibilities
- Partner with Deposit Sales Managers to deliver deposit solutions to clients and prospects, supporting day-to-day execution and follow-ups across stakeholders.
- Produce, maintain, and enhance pitchbooks, advisor briefings, and ad-hoc marketing materials for internal and external meetings, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Perform sales data analysis to identify trends in deposit demand/supply, pipeline activity, pricing, and client behaviours; deliver recurring and ad-hoc management reporting.
- Help prepare thought leadership and recurring content on interest rate strategy, central bank developments, and deposit/cash management solutions in partnership with regional stakeholders.
- Review and approve deposit trade exceptions in the order management system; review and approve deposit breakages and cost exceptions in line with agreed controls and escalation protocols.
- Prepare weekly publications of cross-asset cash management solutions, working with multiple teams (e.g., sales, product, treasury, operations) to ensure timely, accurate output.
- Support Product Management initiatives by coordinating UAT/system testing for new features and process changes; document outcomes and drive closure of issues.
- Excel and automation tools (e.g., Tableau/Alteryx/Python where applicable) to streamline reporting, improve data quality, and reduce manual effort and operational risk.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- 2+ years of experience within financial services, supporting Banking, Wealth Management, or Treasury-related businesses.
- Foundational knowledge of Interest Rates, FX, Fixed Income, and Central Banks (or strong willingness to learn).
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines.

Demonstrated understanding of deposit products and the broader cash product landscape; awareness of balance sheet implications is required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate issues, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Team-oriented and collaborative, with a commitment to an inclusive culture and respect for diverse perspectives.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Prior experience supporting EMEA stakeholders or working across time zones in a global/multicultural setup.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Tableau, Alteryx, Python and/or VBA is a strong plus.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a demonstrated track record of improving processes, controls, and reporting quality.
- Influencing and stakeholder management skills across sales, product, operations, and risk/control partners.
- Comfort working with data sources and systems (e.g., order management systems, reporting tools) and troubleshooting data issues end-to-end.
