Program Risk Trading - Associate / Vice President

Overview  

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically strong individual to join our Risk Trading desk with a primary focus on Program Trading.  This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Head of the Program Risk Trading desk, contributing directly to client facilitation, event-driven trading, and strategic risk management. The ideal candidate will have meaningful trading experience in APAC markets and a strong understanding of market structures and regulatory frameworks.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Work under the Head of Program Trading to support all aspects of the risk trading business, including idea generation, position monitoring, and trade execution.  
• Manage the workflow around client facilitation for basket trades
• Plan, structure, and execute back-book trades around index events and other events

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in trading APAC markets, with a deep understanding of local market mechanisms and regulatory environments required
• The candidate must have a solid understanding of execution strategies for basket trades, as well as portfolio risk management   
• Exposure to index rebalances, index events, and related trading strategies is a plus
