Our culture of growth and empathy focuses on your long-term career development while valuing your unique skills and experiences. • Design engaging instructor‑led, virtual, and blended learning solutions for telecom operations • Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate learning interventions • Develop storyboards, scripts, participant guides, facilitator guides, job aids, assessments, and performance support tools • Collaborate with SMEs to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and operational alignment • Apply instructional models and adult learning principles to all materials • Maintain design standards, templates, and documentation • Review training effectiveness and propose updates when required • Support development and launch of new learning content in partnership with eLearning developers • Two years of college or equivalent work experience in instructional design or training development • Excellent writing, grammar, and content‑development skills • Ability to simplify complex telecom processes and tools • Strong time‑management and organizational skills • Effective interpersonal and collaboration skills • Proficiency with design tools (PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with eLearning authoring tools • Ability to handle multiple projects under deadline pressure Philippines Enterprise Operations Professional QUEZON CITY, PH (0856) IBM Business Services
