As Expense Management Analyst , you will maintain a balanced skill pyramid capable of supporting specialized Expense Management. Resources across the organization should collectively demonstrate expertise in: * Expense Report Processing and Policy Compliance * Corporate Card Administration (Issuance, Maintenance, Delinquency Management) * Expense Audit and Quality Assurance * Employee Support and Case Management * Legal Entity Maintenance when employees change * ServiceNow/Ticket Queue Management, Aging Monitoring, and SLA Performance * Process Documentation, Knowledge Management, and SME Support * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Typically possesses 0–2 years of experience supporting expense management, finance operations, or shared services. * Supports standardized Expense Management operations including, Concur Expense audit, corporate card administration, ticket management. Demonstrates strong customer focus, attention to detail, and adherence to service level commitments. * Proven work knowledge to manage payment reporting and reconciliation activities. · Strong proficiency in Mandarin is required for this role is a MUST · Proficient in MS Office applications and any ERP software as an end-user. · Self-directed and ambitious achiever. · Meeting targets effectively. · Skilled in thriving under deadlines and contributing to change management, showcasing strong interpersonal teamwork.
