Our culture of growth and empathy focuses on your long-term career development while valuing your unique skills and experiences. • Develop interactive eLearning modules, simulations, and videos based on instructional design storyboards • Use eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, Captivate, or equivalent • Build SCORM/xAPI‑compliant content for LMS deployment • Create graphics, animations, and media assets to support learning objectives • Collaborate with instructional designers, SMEs, and training leads • Conduct functionality, usability, and compatibility testing on all eLearning products • Maintain digital asset libraries, templates, and design systems • Ensure all eLearning meets accessibility, brand, and telecom compliance standards • Two years of college or equivalent experience in multimedia design, digital media, or training development • Strong multimedia and technical design skills • Experience with eLearning authoring tools and graphic design software • Strong attention to visual detail, user experience, and interactivity • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills • Ability to troubleshoot technical or publishing issues • Effective communication and teamwork skills Philippines Enterprise Operations Professional QUEZON CITY, PH (0856) IBM Business Services
