Our culture of growth and empathy focuses on your long-term career development while valuing your unique skills and experiences. • Administer the telecom knowledge‑base platform, ensuring system reliability, performance, and availability • Manage user roles, permissions, configuration settings, and system workflows • Maintain system integrity by ensuring version control, metadata accuracy, tagging structures, and article taxonomy • Work closely with IT, vendors, and KM leaders to implement updates, releases, and enhancements • Troubleshoot system issues and serve as technical support for KB users • Develop dashboards, reporting solutions, and usage analytics • Identify system issues related to data quality, content structures, or user access, and resolve proactively • Participate in defining system requirements for new capabilities or tools • Provide training and documentation for system functionality and best practices • Ensure compliance with telecom security, privacy, and data‑governance standards • BA/BS degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field • Strong technical aptitude with experience managing content management systems or enterprise tools • Intermediate understanding of reporting, databases, and statistical analysis • Strong cognitive skills including analysis, problem solving, and decision making • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills • Effective interpersonal skills • Strong PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) • Ability to troubleshoot unusual or complex system issues Philippines Enterprise Operations Professional QUEZON CITY, PH (0856) IBM Business Services
