The opportunity:
Being part of HSBC in Switzerland, you’ll help evolve and grow our business.
Switzerland is our second-largest Global Private Banking (GPB) booking centre, the seat for our MENA and Europe International businesses, and a significant hub for ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients worldwide. In December 2023, our Swiss CEO announced a new growth plan for the Swiss Private Banking business.
As part of this Private Bank Republic Switzerland (PBRS) Growth Plan, we’ll be investing in the Swiss business over the coming years—alongside continued investment in our people to support long-term career development. For the Growth Plan to be sustainable, it must be underpinned by a robust control environment.
This is where the Business Risk Control Officer role is key, providing hands-on support to the business to strengthen the risk and control framework, monitor control performance, and help identify, escalate and remediate issues.
Are you interested? Do you have experience in operational risk, risk and control assessments, and control monitoring? Do you enjoy being part of a cohesive team?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, we want to hear from you!
