We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Sr. Associate Director, DELIVERY MANAGEMENT

  In this role, you will: 

• Ownership of business requirements from concept till implementation by closely working with business and change stakeholders, Product owner and delivery team. Business and Ops stakeholders are based in UK, HK, Malaysia, US and Philippines, whereas development teams are based in India and Poland
• Works with colleagues to deliver the best commercially viable business outcome, balancing scope with solution and delivery options
• Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis
• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyse information needs and functional requirements and deliver artefacts as needed. Operate within the remit of the Agile methodology
• Responsible for reviews and functional testing for the requirements, basic troubleshooting and proactively work with stakeholders in resolving day-to-day issues. Assisting in defining test scenarios and engage with team to ensure accurate QA scope. Supports testing teams with defect triage and management

To be successful, you will: 

• University degree in (BA) or (BSc) or (BCom), B Tech, MCA Master of Business Administration (desirable)
• Possession of a relevant business analysis qualification in Capital Markets domain, experience in post trade area who is having knowledge of trade Lifecycle Management is preferred. Significant operational experience in financial services, specifically Post trade and Collateral Management. Demonstrated experience in business analysis roles. Should have in depth understanding of Margining process, concept of Initial and Variation Margin, Types of margin calls, Dispute process and resolution, Settlement workflow and Allocations
• Should know about Collateral Agreements, ISDAs, CSA etc., other reference data setups. Experience working in Agile and/or DevOps environment
• Should have prior experience of using JIRA and confluence, should be able to take lead in owning the requirements end-to-end and take it to completion. Should work closely with development team and testing team by providing close attention to change and test coverage, should be a problem solver. You will be tested daily on how you approach problems and resolve them
• Must be able to clearly articulate problems and their solutions in a business friendly manner as well as a way that developers and BAs understand. Should be an effective communicator.Experience of working in a large scale change environment. Self-motivated and willing to perform basic technical tasks by using relevant technology tools.
• Experience in Data Analysis, Process Mapping, User Documentation, Impact Assessment/Gap Analysis.
• Solution Validation, Root Cause Analysis trade. Displays good presentation skills and can tailor communication methods for the audience, environment and setting. Able to work with individuals at all levels. Ability to build and maintain highly effective working relationships with colleagues, clients and third parties. Shows good planning & time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.Ability to take decisions within the scope of responsibility (Courageous integrity / Connected and collaborated approach in gathering information to make decision)
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, and under own initiative with a sense of ownership and accountability. Able to provide innovative solutions to complex business problems, automated deployment tools eg Ansible, willingness to deep dive into the problems/scenario, Should have worked/working on the Smartstream-Algo platform
