We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Client Service Manager.
In this role you will:
- Own end-to-end client service for transactions : Take full accountability for clients’ day-to-day transactional requirements, ensuring requests are progressed smoothly from initiation through to completion.
- Coordinate delivery across internal and external stakeholders: Act as the central point of contact, partnering with Transaction Services, Business Development, Coverage, and relevant internal/external parties to deliver timely fulfilment and strong service performance.
- Provide advisory support on trade practices and solutions : Guide clients on trade transaction practices and relevant product options, helping them use solutions appropriately and efficiently.
- Support collection of client payments with embedded risk controls : Engage with clients (and, where applicable, clients’ customers for RF) to facilitate collections while applying agreed controls and governance to manage operational and risk outcomes.
- Drive adoption of digital and self-serve capabilities: Promote and enable use of self-service tools and straight-through processing to improve turnaround times, reduce friction, and shift service from reactive to proactive.
- Develop deep understanding of client routines and identify growth signals : Build strong client relationships, understand transactional patterns and operating models, and surface opportunities for Business Development to increase wallet share and revenue flows.
- Monitor and improve client experience and service quality :Track client feedback, service metrics, and recurring issues; implement continuous improvements and prevent repeat incidents through root-cause actions.
- Manage commodity client requirements and lead change : Manage commodity client servicing needs, including preparing and providing deal pricing/quotations, and lead or contribute to transformation initiatives that improve client outcomes, controls, and efficiency.
To be successful you will need:
- GTS product and process expertise : Strong knowledge and hands-on experience across GTS products, trade/transaction processing, and end-to-end client servicing within a regulated environment.
- Client service excellence and relationship management : Demonstrated ability to deliver consistently high service standards, manage client expectations, and build trusted relationships with clients and internal partners.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills : Confident communicator with the ability to influence across Coverage, Operations/Transaction Services, Business Development, and other stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
- Proven problem-solving and multi-tasking capability : Able to priorities effectively in a high-volume environment, diagnose issues quickly, and drive pragmatic resolution while maintaining control and accuracy.
- Data and presentation capability (Excel & PowerPoint) : Strong Microsoft Excel skills (analysis, tracking, reporting) and PowerPoint skills (clear, concise storytelling and presentation preparation for stakeholders).
- Relevant professional certification preferred : CDCS certification is highly desirable and/or a strong willingness to work towards it.
