本インターンシップでは、Product Engineerの業務を通じて、製品技術の検討、データ分析、技術支援など、サービスエンジニアリングの実務を体験いただきます。
Product Engineerは、製品の技術仕様や各種データを活用しながら、技術的課題の分析や解決策の検討を行い、お客様や現場を支える重要な役割を担っています。
また、国内外のエンジニアやサービスチームと連携しながら業務を進めるため、グローバルな環境で活躍する機会があります。
主な業務内容The opportunity
Hitachi Energy Service is a trusted lifecycle partner, providing customers with secure, sustainable, and innovative service solutions, globally.
Our Service offerings empower customers & partners to holistically manage the asset lifecycle—from start-of-life (e.g., Install & Commission), through services designed to strengthen operational-life (e.g., Upgrade, Repair & Extend), to end-of-life activities (e.g., Replace & Decommission).
How you’ll make an impact
1. You will review and analyze product specifications, technical documentation, and equipment data.
2. You will support technical evaluations related to product maintenance, upgrades, and performance improvements.
3. You will assist in identifying technical issues, performing root-cause analysis, and developing improvement proposals.
4. You will collect, organize, and analyze product and equipment-related data.
5. You will support the preparation of technical reports and presentation materials.
6. You will assist communication and collaboration with engineers and service teams in Japan and overseas.
7. You will gain an understanding of product technology and service engineering practices through real service projects and case studies.
8. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1. Basic PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Passion for creating new value and taking on challenges proactively.
3. Strong analytical and written communication skills with the ability to organize ideas logically and communicate clearly.
4. Self-motivation and willingness to take initiative in learning and problem-solving.
5. Basic knowledge of electrical and/or mechanical engineering.
6. Interest in and willingness to communicate in English (reading, listening, writing, and speaking).
