■主な職務内容
・受注案件およびプロジェクトの遂行管理(コスト、収益、キャッシュフロー、リスク、品質、HSE、支払い管理など)。
・保証対応または不具合対応を顧客、サービス部門、工場等と連携して実施。
・FAT、キックオフ、トレーニング、クロージングなどの顧客会議の運営と交渉。
・アップセル、変更対応を営業、SCM、法務、経理等と協力して推進。
・NWC、キャッシュフロー、COPQ、支払い遅延など主要KPIの最適化を推進。
・顧客フィードバック(NPS)を収集しプロジェクト改善へ反映。
・ステークホルダーと協力したプロジェクトスケジュールの策定と確定。
・プロジェクト関連データの整理・保管。
・顧客の第一窓口として、積極的・明確なコミュニケーションにより顧客満足を確保。
・顧客からの問い合わせを起点に、現場作業完了までトラブル案件を一貫して遂行
・製品リスク低減に向けた変更管理、対策展開を実施。

The opportunity

Our Service offerings empower customers & partners to holistically manage the asset lifecycle—from start-of-life (e.g., Install & Commission), through services designed to strengthen operational-life (e.g., Upgrade, Repair & Extend), to end-of-life activities (e.g., Replace & Decommission).
How you’ll make an impact
1. You will be responsible for the execution of orders and projects (management commercially) including cost management, claims, revenue planning, cash flow and coordination of all teams for technical issues, execution, delivery, quality, risk management, Health and Safety, payment etc.
2. You will be responsible for execution of warranties or failures as part of the project together with customer and all other Service departments and feeder factories or other Service Centers.
3. You will be responsible for project meetings and negotiations with customers (internal & external), such as FAT, Kickoff Meetings, Customer Trainings, Closing Meetings.
4. You will be responsible for sales activities such as upsales, change orders, together with Sales, Controlling, Legal etc.
5. You will optimize projects towards cost, Net Working Capital, Cash Flow, COPQ, Payments & Overdue.
6. You will collect feedback from customers (NPS Process)
7. You will develop project schedule and freeze with respective stakeholders (internal and external)
8. You will be responsible for storage of all projects related data in organized and compliant storage system
9. You will coach and review the work of lower-level professionals.
10. You will face some difficult and complex problems.
11. As the first point of contact to the customer, you will ensure customer satisfaction with your open and proactive communication.
12. You will be responsible for the successful execution of our diverse troubleshooting cases starting with the custom-er inquiry until the successful completion of site works (leakages, flashovers, broken and more).
13. You will be responsible for the management of changes to reduce products risk, and roll out the countermeasure work for related products.
14. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1. Engineering degree (electrical or mechanical).
2. Team operation skill to proceed troubleshooting.
3. Proficiency in languages: English & Japanese, other of advantage
