The Opportunity
Responsible for providing functional and technical support throughout the sales process and ensuring internal and external clients obtain appropriate product/solution knowledge.
Customer Support jobs deliver a key service bridging the gap from customer inquiry to service delivery and related commercial processes. Proposal jobs ensure proposals are accurately and efficiently prepared to optimize the potential of a profitable agreement. Sales Support Expert also delivers technical solutions and designs to meet the customer's
needs at the best cost.
How will you make an impact
Creates engineering proposals for products and systems, including drawings and plans preparation including meetings with other business units and consortium partners. Review risk analysis with all partners before submitting proposal.
Defines project tasks. Defines schedule, cost and quality metrics.
Coordinates the creation of work plans and cost estimates in all applicable engineering disciplines.
Preparing proposal/presentation of engineering projects/programs including provision of bills of materials, estimated engineering hours, creating design solutions to proposals for engineering projects or programs and solving critical technical design related issues/ questions from customers
Works with customers to shape and deliver solutions, seeking feedback and innovating with the customer to drive and deliver improvements.
Attends project meetings and presents all technical aspects of project assignments. Interacts with customer, contractors, suppliers and others.
Supports the local Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and in preparing demanding offers.
Provides technical support during the technical meeting, product presentations and negotiations and offers product/ solution/service.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines
Your Background
Bachelor´s in Electrical Engineering
5 to 6 years of experience in high voltage products and services, electrical substations and transformers
Knowledge of high-voltage products and transformers
Knowledge of AutoCAD is desirable
