The opportunity:

How you’ll make an impact:
1. You will work cross-functionally with operations, sales, services and quality to conduct supplier RFI, RFP, RFQ, delivery and quality management.
2. You will be responsible for price negotiation, deal with daily sourcing project request efficiently, contract management as local category buyer.
3. You will cooperate with SQE/Technical team to manage and improve supplier key quality issue performance, manage and achieve supplier KPI target from supply chain management, OTD/OQD/Cost Saving/Cost Avoidance/Payment Terms/Claiming, etc and identify and drive 2nd source project among R&D, technical, quality and suppliers, well organized and coordinated ability.
4. You will develop fulfilment strategies with key suppliers to drive supplier fulfilment excellence and achieve in-stock, inventory excellence and supply chain efficiency, work with category manager to initiate supplier sourcing, qualification, and creation, PPAP, Supplier Performance Evaluation, annual bidding and deal with escalated and urgent supplier delivery/quality/service issues, other work assigned by manager.
5. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:
1. Bachelor/master’s degree, major in Mechanical/Electric/Commercial Engineering with oversea experience is preferred.
2. More than 3years direct relevant experience in supply chain function in multi-national company.
3. Familiar in supplier chain optimization, self-motivated, independent and project management experience. SAP system reengineering experience required.
4. Collaboration skills, able to effectively collaborate with peers in other functions/divisions. Good communication skills and ability to work across multiple functions and cross cultural, drive action via the consensus with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Excellent in Microsoft skills, excel, PPT, Power BI, etc. Sincerity and pioneering spirit must be followed as key values.
6. Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
