How you'll make an impact:
Quality & CI Leadership: Drives a culture of quality and continuous improvement by leading behavioral change initiatives and overcoming barriers to performance improvement. Partners with senior stakeholders to shape and execute the local Quality & CI strategy aligned with business and product line objectives.
Voice of the customer: Ensures the voice of the customer drives decisions through feedback, surveys, and complaint resolution. Coaching teams to view risks, issues, and solutions from a customer-centric perspective.
Quality Assurance & Compliance: Drives quality assurance and compliance through robust processes, audits, and risk management. Ensures consistent, efficient delivery by embedding quality into all business operations.
Quality Control: Establishes robust quality controls and monitors key metrics to ensure compliance with customer and stakeholder requirements. Drives timely corrective and preventive actions to resolve issues and achieve sustainable improvements.
Continuous Improvement Deployment: Deploys continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma and other CI methodologies to support business goals. Ensures effective governance of Quality & CI initiatives through timely corrective and preventive actions. Tracks progress and business value through KPIs, enabling informed decisions and recognition of success.
Quality Management Systems: Establishes and maintains an effective Quality Management System to ensure compliance, consistent results, and customer satisfaction. Drives process excellence through audits, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Background:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
Minimum 10+ years of experience in Quality Management within a project environment.
Strong knowledge of quality & CI method & tools and quality systems.
Experience with Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement practices, preferably in an engineering environment.
Strong knowledge and application experience on Value Stream Mapping.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
Fluent written and spoken English.
