The Opportunity:
We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner (HRBP) with 8+ years of experience in the Human Resources domain for our two factories in Thailand for the High Voltage & Transformer Business. The HRBP will partner closely with business leaders to provide HR expertise, lead engagement and performance management programs, and manage local HR processes. The candidate will also play a key role in talent attraction, community engagement, and branding efforts, ensuring the organization has the people capabilities to deliver present and future business needs. The HRBP will serve as member of the factory management team.
How you’ll make an impact:
- People Processes: Drive standard HR people processes, including talent management, succession planning, and workforce planning, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Performance Management: Lead performance management initiatives by developing and executing review processes, feedback mechanisms, and performance improvement strategies to maintain a high-performance culture.
- Employee Engagement: Manage the annual engagement survey process, analyze results, and develop action plans to improve employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Annual Salary Review: Lead the annual salary review process, working in partnership with relevant business leaders and HR functions to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
- Talent Enablement: Collaborate with business leaders to support talent strategies that drive business growth, focusing on development, retention, and attraction.
- Talent Attraction: Develop and implement talent attraction booster plans, ensuring alignment with business needs and strengthening the employer brand.
- Community Engagement & Branding: Create and execute engagement plans in partnership with local community organizations, enhancing the company’s brand presence in the market.
- Data Management & Reporting: Work on HR data management using Workday, providing insightful reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
Your background:
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of HR experience (preferably within the manufacturing sector)
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in HRIS, specifically Workday, with the ability to generate reports and manage data effectively.
- Communication & Leadership: Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed HR decisions.
- Facilitation and coaching skills: Acting as a coach and advisor to the local management team
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in managing HR processes in a manufacturing setup.
- Proven ability to partner with business leaders and manage cross-functional projects.
- Expertise in community engagement and employer branding strategies.
Additional Information:
- Location: This role is based in Thailand at the manufacturing site and require occasional travel to other local sites/offices.
- Language: Fluency in Thai and English is required
