Position Summary
You will act as a trusted scientific advisor/manager for our Specialty Therapeutic area (respiratory biologics in COPD and Asthma) in Israel. You will build strong scientific relationships with healthcare professionals and external experts. You will translate external insights into local strategy and evidence generation. Leadership over MSL role might be part of this role.

Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Build and maintain peer-to-peer scientific relationships with clinicians, scientific societies and health system decision makers in Israel.
- Plan and deliver non-promotional scientific exchange, advisory boards and educational activities that address clinical needs and evidence gaps.
- Gather, synthesise and share medical insights to inform local and regional medical strategy and evidence generation.
- Support local evidence generation, observational studies and investigator-initiated research, ensuring appropriate approvals and governance.
- Review and medically approve local scientific materials and communications to ensure accuracy and compliance with laws and internal standards.
- Provide medical input to cross-functional teams for launch planning, lifecycle management and payer engagement.
-Provide leadership for MSL acting in the field.

Basic Qualifications & Skills
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Advanced degree in life sciences, medicine or pharmacy (MSc, PharmD, MD or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Medical Affairs as Scientific / Medical Advisor within the pharmaceutical or biotech sector.
- Practical experience in scientific exchange with healthcare professionals and external experts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and matrix teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel within Israel as required.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- PhD or clinical specialty qualification.
- Experience in immunology, respiratory or other specialty therapy areas.
- Experience in health technology assessment, payer engagement or evidence generation planning.
- Proven track record organising advisory boards, scientific meetings or publications.
- Familiarity with local regulatory and medical governance frameworks.
- Experience presenting scientific data to diverse audiences and training internal colleagues.
