Oncology Group Medical Manager
You will lead Oncology Medical Affairs in Türkiye, shaping local strategy, building trusted external partnerships, and developing a high-performing team. You will work closely with clinical development, safety, commercial and global colleagues to plan evidence generation and medical-scientific activities. Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
Medical degree with clinical oncology or hematology experience.
Experience leading medical strategy for product launches or life-cycle management.
Experience working in a matrixed environment with commercial, regulatory and market access partners.
Track record of initiating or overseeing investigator-sponsored or collaborative studies.
Experience implementing digital or data-driven medical engagement approaches.
Experience in budget management and setting team performance metrics.
Working model
This role is hybrid with an expectation to be based in a Türkiye office for collaboration and regular local meetings. Occasional travel across Türkiye and to regional meetings may be required.
