Skills → Behaviors → Measurable Outcomes
Complex prototyping
Expected Behavior at This Band: Builds feature-level prototypes that validate interaction logic and workflow fit.
Measurable Outcome / Evidence: Reduced solution risk before development; documented task success/error/time-on-task evidence.
Component ownership
Expected Behavior at This Band: Improves reusable component behavior, states, and usage guidance.
Measurable Outcome / Evidence: Increased component reuse; fewer duplicate or inconsistent implementations.
Accessibility implementation
Expected Behavior at This Band: Guides implementation of keyboard, screen reader, state, and semantic behavior.
Measurable Outcome / Evidence: Accessibility defects reduced or detected earlier.
Risk reduction
Expected Behavior at This Band: Surfaces implementation and usability risks before release planning commitments.
Measurable Outcome / Evidence: Fewer late-cycle UX changes and fewer customer-facing experience defects.
