Manage customer related information management in all relevant IT systems as required per current regulations (ITC, compliance, commercial policies) including but not limited to:
Customer accounts (end user hospitals and channel partners)
Screening, update and data alignment in various systems e.g. Spark, Bridger, Kharon etc
creation and maintenance/update in Oracle, SFDS, 1C, SmartSheet etc
Preparation and collection of all relevant to current requirements customer letters (e.g. civil, MED, license etc)
Account dossier preparation for ITC escalated accounts (Spark etc)
Supporting and initiating process optimization projects related to above areas to drive down cycle time and time spent on tasks.
Qualifications:
Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree program
(2 years of working experience in a commercial field)
• Proficient in use of MS Office with speed and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines, getting work right first time
• Time management skills with the ability to work with accuracy and minimum of supervision
• Ability to balance multiple priorities
• Intermediate English or up
