Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement proactive maintenance strategies, including Predictive and Preventive Maintenance programs.
Budget & Resource Management: Oversee capital expenditure (CAPEX) budgets, allocate resources, and control operational costs.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage maintenance technicians and engineers. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and accountability.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure all plant machinery, building systems, and engineering projects strictly adhere to local, state, and federal safety standards and environmental regulations.
Vendor & Inventory Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with external service providers while ensuring critical spare parts inventory is efficiently stocked.
Troubleshooting & Uptime: Lead root-cause analysis for equipment failures to minimize unplanned downtime and boost productivity.
BS in maintenance, electrical engineering or other related field desired
Five to Ten years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, minimum of 2-5 years in a supervisory or manager role.
Deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic systems. Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.
