Responsibilities:

• Schedule Planning: Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on sales orders, inventory levels, and capacity constraints
• Coordination: Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure resources and materials are available as needed
• Monitoring: Track production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to address delays, equipment failures, or changes in demand
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent shortages or overstock situations.
• Customer Service Support: address any material shortages or delays and adjust plans to meet production requirements
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production orders and prepare reports as required
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in production scheduling and inventory management to enhance efficiency and reduce costs

Qualifications:

• Full Time Bachelor degree in Engineering (B.E or B.Tech) in Mechanical or Production or Industrial or Supply Chain Management
• Basic computer knowledge and well Versed with MS Office
• Willingness to adapt material scheduling ERP Software (Entreprise resource planning) such as SAP (Systems, Applications, & Products in Data Processing) 
• Participate and support in Open eyes and Kaizen activities
• Read, Write and Speak in English and Local Languages (Marathi and Hindi) to understand work Instructions
• Good Communication Skills and ability to work well within and cross-functional teams, also Work Cohesively with Team
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
