Creating and maintaining scheduling agreements in SAP
Conducting data analyses to support procurement strategies and decision-making
Coordinating and following up on supplier inquiries
Supporting supplier management activities and supplier collaboration
Contributing to cross-functional projects
Reviewing and processing price adjustments
Assisting in the analysis and optimization of procurement processes
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Engineering with a business focus, or a comparable field of study
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel
SAP knowledge is an advantage but not required
Excellent communication skills in both German and English
Structured, independent, and reliable working style
Strong team player with a proactive and hands-on mindset
Curious, eager to learn, and open to new challenges
Technical understanding is beneficial but not mandatory
Availability for ideally at least 12 months
Capacity to work between 10 and 20 hours per week during the semester
Opportunity to increase working hours up to 37 hours per week during semester breaks upon agreement
