Responsibilities:

Strategy & Business Development

• Define and implement the Integrated Solutions area strategy.
• Develop new business models, services and value-added solutions.
• Identify trends, technologies and opportunities that expand the company's reach beyond traditional lubrication.
• Create proposals that increase the company's participation in the customer value chain.

Services Management

• Lead the technical services portfolio.
• Develop services with monetization and recurrence potential.
• Provide and ensure technical training for the internal sales team and customers.

Application Engineering

• Lead specialized technical support to customers and the commercial team, ensuring correct product application and resolution of operational challenges.

Energy Efficiency

• Develop projects that drive energy consumption reduction and operational efficiency improvement through the correct application of lubricants and associated technologies.

Commercial & Financial Management

• Ensure sustainable area growth through revenue, profitability, investment and performance indicator management.
• Define pricing models for technical services and consulting.
• Manage the area budget and monitor project profitability.

Qualifications:

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Production Engineering or related fields.

Additional Specialization

• MBA or postgraduate degree in Business Management, Innovation or related areas is desirable.
• Certifications in Reliability, Tribology, Maintenance or Energy Efficiency are desirable.

Languages

• Advanced English.
• Intermediate Spanish is desirable.

Specific Knowledge

• Experience in industrial lubricants, reliability, maintenance or industrial technical services.
• Extensive experience in developing, implementing, and managing portfolios of solutions and value-added services for industrial clients.
• Proven track record of developing talent and building high-performing teams, including technical and commercial professionals..
• Project management and business development.
• Industrial asset management.
• Financial management and pricing.
• CRM, ERP and MS Office proficiency.
