Change Experience & Learning - Working with clients to define the new Workforce Experience including New Ways of Working (Agile, Design Thinking, Digital, Problem Solving, Collaboration) as well as accelerated adoption through our digitally-enabled Change Experience tracked via Change Insights and Digital Learning via our EY Noggin Labs platform.

Purpose, Culture and Leadership - Align leadership and cultural programs with clients’ business strategy, purpose and operating model, adapting to the changing needs of their customers and building modern leadership and talent capabilities to drive efficiency and innovation.

HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards - Re-imagining and digitizing the HR function, including HR strategy, HR service delivery model, HR cloud technology as well as transforming employee policies and rewards to align with business and individual objectives.

Your key responsibilities 

• As a Senior Manager, you will be a key resource on business transformation projects. In this role, you should be able to deliver quality client service, deliver insightful solutions and balance multiple priorities. 
• You will also be expected to have excellent communication skills, integrate into and lead new teams, and rapidly establish relationships.
• Demonstrate technical competence in our capabilities(Leadership Development, Succession Planning, Talent management, Change management) and take a practical/business driven approach to solving complex client challenges.
• Contribute to generating profitable revenue through identifying follow-on engagement opportunities and developing lasting relationships with clients.
• Lead project work streams from planning through to implementation - managing project resources and budgets effectivelyBe able to influence and persuade clients and stakeholders to gain support for any major change initiatives and/or decisions.
• Take a practical approach to solving issues and gaining client agreement.
• Encourage and facilitate collaboration amongst team members, and promote an inclusive working environmentIdentify and effectively manage and mitigate any risks and issues.
• Contribute to business development and client pursuit activities by preparing proposals and delivering presentations for potential clients.
• Provide coaching and development opportunities for junior resources and peers, and act as a visible role model for our people.

Technical Competency 

• Provide timely and high-quality services and work products that exceed client expectations.
• Collaborate with client counterparts to understand project requirements and ensure objectives align with strategic business goals
• Communicate client expectations to EY team and suggest ideas, roadmap accordingly
• Assume ownership for project deliverables and seek clarity from client whenever required
• Assist EY PAS team with successful delivery of projects for clients

Qualification

• Post graduate degree or equivalent with a specialization in Human Resources (India or abroad) from a Tier 1 Institute.
• 8 - 12 years of experience in HR Strategy and Consulting
• Demonstrated expertise in applying consulting frameworks to assess and optimize workforce strategies.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret labor market trends and provide actionable insights for clients.
• Proficient in developing tailored workforce solutions that align with organizational goals and client needs.
• Experience in conducting workforce assessments and implementing change management practices. Ability to leverage data-driven methodologies to enhance workforce performance and efficiency.

Ideally you’ll also have

• Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.
• Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)
• Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility.
