About the role
We’re looking for a People Operations Specialist to own the operational backbone of the employee lifecycle at Enginy, from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between.
This is a foundational, high-ownership role within a lean People team (Head of People, Talent Acquisition Partner and Office Manager). You will be responsible for making sure our People processes are accurate, compliant, reliable and scalable, so the company can grow with confidence.
The role exists to remove operational risk and friction from People processes, ensure full compliance with Spanish labor regulations, and provide a smooth, professional employee experience. You’ll work closely with our Gestoria and Finance team on payroll, own our HR systems (Factorial and Notion), manage benefits and act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers on operational topics.

You’re a detail-oriented, hands-on People Operations professional who takes pride in things working properly behind the scenes. You enjoy ownership, reliability, and building processes that others can trust.
You’re comfortable operating independently, making judgment calls, and proactively fixing gaps before they become problems. You care deeply about accuracy, compliance, and creating a smooth employee experience, without overcomplicating things.
