About the role

We don’t care if you’ve never spent a single euro on an ad campaign before. We care that you are intensely curious, deeply analytical and ready to learn by doing. As a Junior Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be handed the keys to real budgets and mobile app campaigns from week one, backed by a team that will mentor you every step of the way.

Responsibilities

Launch & Manage Campaigns: You’ll set up, launch and monitor live UA campaigns across major mobile app networks from day one

Spot Anomalies Fast: When something's off, you'll be the one who spots this in data and figures out why before anyone else does

Leverage AI & Data: You’ll use AI data-analysis tools and prompt Claude to chew raw data, so you can spot trends and generate actionable insights for the team

Co-Create Winning Ads: You’ll collaborate directly with our creative team, analyze which ad creatives are winning, brainstorm new angles and share with the team what’s working for your channels and what to build next

Learn by Shipping: You will constantly test and learn rapidly from the data that rolls back in

Adapt fast: You'll keep up with where mobile marketing is heading, because this space moves fast and so do we

Requirements

Analytical mind that itches when numbers don't add up and digs until they do

Someone who moves before they're asked - don't wait for a manual to get started

Genuine curiosity about AI and how it makes you faster and sharper

Studying or recently graduated in Economics, Business or anything that taught you to think in numbers

Solid English and Kaunas based (or close enough for 3 days a week in the office)

Any hands-on time with paid media platforms is a plus, but not required. We teach you everything
